Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products) cannot be returned.
- Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/video proof for a replacement or refund.
